Planning document showing 6,415 sq ft expansion of Ellis Island Casino
The Las Vegas Review-Journal reported that according to a planning document submitted to Clark County, the expansion plan outlines the addition of 6,415 square feet to the building. Among the features of the remodeling are a larger casino floor, audio-visual equipment area, space behind a dedicated sportsbook home, and a south service entrance porch.

Christina Ellis, vice president of development at Ellis Island Hotel & Casino, expressed her excitement about the project, emphasizing that the renovation offers an opportunity to enhance the gaming and entertainment experience while also paying tribute to the history and heritage of its establishment.

As part of the expansion, the existing 2,800-square-foot brewery in the building was demolished to make room for the new structure. Once completed, the renovated building boasts closer proximity to the sidewalk and will offer visitors a unique view of the Las Vegas skyline, including rooftop access.

Ellis Island Hotel & Casino Eyes Winter 2025
Officials at Ellis Island Hotels & Casino expect the project to be completed within eight to 10 months, with completion expected in the winter of 2025. Anamari Ellis, vice president of operations, emphasized the importance of the project, especially as the hotel-casino approaches its 56th anniversary.

Located on Cobal Lane near Flamingo Road, the site has been operated by the Ellis family since 1967 and has gradually expanded its operations over the years. Notable milestones include the acquisition of an adjacent hotel and the establishment of Front Yard, a popular beer garden with field brewing facilities that opened in 2019.

This expansion project represents a strategic move by Ellis Island Hotel & Casino to remain competitive in the ever-evolving Las Vegas entertainment and services environment.  프라그마틱 슬롯 사이트
